My journey as an event organizer has ranged from organising different events from weddings to engagement party’s and so on, The importance of understanding the client's vision and needs, the role of attention to detail in creating a memorable event experience, and the challenges and rewards of building relationships with vendors, venues, and clients in the event planning industry is the job of a event planner and event coordinator.

Organizing private events can be a daunting task, but with the right approach, it can also be a fulfilling and rewarding experience. As an event organizer, I have had the opportunity to plan numerous private events that were successful, memorable, and unique.

  3. Creating a timeline for the day of the event,

  4. Organising run sheets for the day,

  5. Coordinating catering, DJ, Mc, décor, catering, entertainment, transportation, location, invitee list, special guests, equipment, promotional material etc

  6. Excellent time management and many more.
