8-10 Hours on day of event with a extra 5 hours prior

This package is offered to clients who are looking to plan their event on their own, but would like to have an event planner on the day of the event to coordinate and manage all the logistics, making sure the bride and bridesmaids are running on time to the event, managing smooth start and end times to speeches, dancing, group photos, catering, music/DJ, having a run sheet of events and their start and end times printed out so vendors and maid of honours and best man have a copy of the schedule also. Depending on the type of event a typical event day can run from 8-10 hours on the day, and this price also includes another 5 hour day prior to the event to go over the Runsheet, tasks, times making sure all the appropriate people have the Runsheet prior to event ect.

This package offers full planning service to clients, from initial meeting discussion with clients on their expectations of the event, multiple calls and emails with clients to go over vendors, prices, site bookings, selecting songs and creating playlist if not wanting to hire DJ, finding DJs, florists, wedding venue, catering, accommodation for bride and groom, wedding invites, seating plan, supplier coordination, wedding day Runsheet, and managing the event.
